The Information Technology department is an internal service department that provides voice and data infrastructure and support services throughout the City.

Information Security

Data server systems are constantly backed up 24/7/365, the data being stored securely off-site. Central services (email, databases, file servers) are engineered for high-availability. All central systems run on UPS units with generator backup.
