Summer Reading (Ages 6 to 11)
Children ages 6 to 11 can earn an On Your Mark, Get Set...READ! t-shirt by setting a reading goal for the summer and keeping track of the titles they read. When that goal is reached, a t-shirt is awarded, along with a signed certificate of accomplishment.
Beginning June 1, sign up at the library's circulation desk to get a reading log and start earning that t-shirt.
Did you know that some teachers give extra credit for Summer Reading participants? Save your reading log and certificate, and ask your teacher in the fall.
