This is a muscle-conditioning class that will incorporate the use of weights, bands, fitness balls, and pilates-based exercises to tone and sculpt your entire body. This class is great for all levels. Moves will be incorporated to meet individual fitness needs. Instructor Julia Clemons comes with 17 years of experience.

If you are feeling stiff in your joints and less flexible in your range of motion, give seated Stretch & Flex a try. This class is geared toward seniors, but not exclusive. Try it as a warm up or cool down to complement your exercise routine.

Instructor: Kelly Ricketts
Enhance the connection between mind and body while building strength and flexibility through pilates. This class is Beginning Intermediate – for people who have basic knowledge of principles. Pilates can help strengthen core muscles, which also improves the postural muscles supporting the spine and neck. We will also occasionally use props to add to the classes.
Ms. Ricketts began taking pilates classes almost twenty years ago. She is a certified Stott Pilates Rehab instructor in Mat and Reformer.
