As adults, the older we get the less flexible we become, which in turn makes everyday tasks a little harder. In this class, we will do lots of stretching and work to improve each person’s flexibility. Flexibility is something that we use every day. This class can help in ways that you may not even realize, such as making it easier to bend over to pick something up, tying your shoes, and many, many others. Daily stretching keeps muscles loose and ready to be used. It also helps with posture, allows the body to slim, and overall helps you feel better. This is a fun class with low to no impact and is great for your body and health.
