The Newport Pool is currently holding Water Safety Classes for the Second Graders at Sam Case Elementary school. This program is designed to educate children about the hazards of being around the water and includes training in boat safety, staying safe around oceans, lakes and streams, as well as teaching basic survival skills in the water.
