Children can play board games, do puzzles and enjoy a variety of recreational activities in the gym. Drop-ins are welcome! Space is limited, first come, first served. Children must be toilet trained.

Beginning Gymnastics is a program designed to introduce students to a sport full of exciting challenges (mental and physical) that will help build strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Athletes will be trained to do many different skills on the floor, beam, vault, and bars. Proper stretching, technique, and understanding body movement are emphasized. Safety, fun, and more fun are priorities in this class!

May register by invitation only.
Students must have a basic gymnastics foundation and experience on all equipment. Required skills: floor (forward and backward roll, cartwheel, handstand, and bridge, back-walkover, front-handspring), bars (back hip pullover, cast, back hip circle). These classes are designed for gymnasts that want to transition from recreational to competing and learning routines. Emphasis on technique, drills, and conditioning. Elite Advanced

Hours during summer: Tue. and Thu. 2:30-4:30 pm
Prices: June 18-28 - $90.00, July – $164.00 for whole month, Aug – $164.00 for whole month
Elite Advanced must pay for the whole month for twice a week. This class is for girls with level 3 skills that do not wish to compete. May register by invitation only. MUST have round-off back handspring. Please contact Kelsey Janes for more information.

Team Training

Hours during school: Wed. and Sat. 12:30-5:30 pm
Hours during summer: Tue. and Thu. 12:30-5:30 pm
Prices: June - $210.00 (Whole Month), July - $184.00, Aug. - $184.00
Team Training must pay for the whole month for twice a week. There are additional requirements for this level. Team students may register by invitation only. Please contact Kelsey Janes for more information.

Youth Gymnastics Camps

June 28th, July 19th, August 9th
12:30 – 5:30 pm
Ages 6 and up
$60.00/mush pre-register, no drop ins.
Registration Deadline for each camp: June 20th, July 12th, August 1st

Spend a day with competitive gymnasts!
Campers will be busy doing/learning gymnastics all day and playing games! Kids will work on their gymnastics skills, play group games, make new friendships, and so much more! Campers will need to bring sack lunches, snacks, and water. Wear comfortable, athletic clothing. All hair should be tied back. Younger campers are encouraged to bring a change of clothes. Camp will be run by Kelsey Janes, along with competitive team gymnasts. This camp helps send the competitive gymnasts to a training camp. Students who want to sign up for a camp day who are already registered for gymnastics class for that month can get a $20.00 credit towards camp: Price for these students would be $40.00.


Indoor Park

Indoor Park

$2.00 drop-in per child
Join a parent/child play group atmosphere which provides a place for young children to play and be active inside. The play equipment is designed for walking through 4 years of age. Slides, ride-on toys, tunnels and more are available!


Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do

Learn traditional and Olympic styles with USTU, WRF certified instructors that will help increase confidence, physical fitness, flexibility, strength, and self-discipline while becoming part of a new and exciting sport. Try the first two classes for free and see if you like it.

The Fitness Center on the 2nd floor now includes the indoor track. Effective April 2018, the age restrictions change for the entire 2nd Floor area. Attendance in this 2 hour class is required and upon completion you will receive a teen fit pass sticker thatgoes on your pass card.
• Understanding the FIIT principle, knowledge of basic muscle groups and types of strength training and other recommended guidelines for young adults.
• Fitness Center etiquette and appropriate use of exercise equipment for a safe workout.
• Specific training of cardio and strength machines in the fitness center.
