A parlour game played in teams with three dice. The round stops when a player at a head table obtains 21 points. Whoever wins the most rounds is the overall winner. Beginners and drop-ins are welcome, instruction is available and the game is free. Meet third Thursday monthly at 1:00 pm.
Cribbage is a unique card game for two or more players that involves playing and grouping cards to gain points. Players meet weekly on Monday 10:00-12:00 pm.
Mahjong is a tile game that originated in China, commonly played by four players. The four-player table version is not the same as the single player tile matching game Mahjong solitaire. Similar to the Western card game rummy, mahjong is a game of skill, strategy and calculation and involves a certain degree of chance. Beginners and drop-ins are welcome, instruction is available. Players meet on Monday and Thursday 1:00-3:00 pm.
Pinochle is a trick-taking game typically for two to four players and played with a 48 card deck. It is thus considered part of a "trick-and-meld" category which also includes a cousin, belote. Each hand is played in three phases: bidding, melds, and tricks. Beginners and drop-ins are welcome, instruction is available and the game is free. Players meet on Wednesday and Friday 1:00-4:00 pm.
Scrabble is a word game in which players score points by placing letter tiles onto a game board to form words. Players meet on Tuesdays from 1:30-3:30 pm.
