Mahjong is a tile game that originated in China, commonly played by four players. The four-player table version is not the same as the single player tile matching game Mahjong solitaire. Similar to the Western card game rummy, mahjong is a game of skill, strategy and calculation and involves a certain degree of chance. Beginners and drop-ins are welcome, instruction is available and the game is free.
If you like to play bridge but would prefer a lighter version than the duplicate style, we will be playing party bridge once a week on Thursdays.

Pinochle is a trick-taking game typically for two to four players and played with a 48 card deck. It is thus considered part of a "trick-and-meld" category which also includes a cousin, belote. Each hand is played in three phases: bidding, melds, and tricks. Beginners and drop-ins are welcome, instruction is available and the game is free.
