Vacation Rental Code Update |
The City of Newport's existing rules for vacation rentals and bed & breakfast establishments are confusing and difficult to interpret and enforce. The Planning Commission established an Ad Hoc Work Group of community volunteers to research the issues, and develop recommendations. These recommendations were presented at a public workshop with the Planning Commission held Monday, September 12, 2011, in order to collect public comments on the proposal. |
