The Parking Advisory Committee provides recommendations to the City Council on parking-related issues in Newport. The committee reviews current parking policies, discusses enforcement and signage, and considers potential improvements to support downtown access and business activity.

The City Council appoints members and may represent business owners, residents, and other stakeholders. Meetings are held as needed and are open to the public.
