Newport Public Library is a Department of the City of Newport and a member of the Lincoln County Library District. Library Advisory Committee members are appointed by the Mayor and City Council to advise in matters of library policy. Newport Public Library is also part of the Chinook Library Network, sharing materials with the Lincoln and Tillamook County Libraries.
