Request a Purchase


In order to request materials to purchase, please sign into your library account online. Follow the instructions below to sign in and make your request.
  1.   Login = your library card number
  2.   Password = the last 4 digits of your phone number
  3.  Select Materials Requests from the menu on the left
  4.  Choose Submit a New Materials Request
  5.  Complete the form
