DEADLINE TO APPLY IS JANUARY 31, 2026

The City of Newport is seeking up to eight youth representatives to participate in a cultural exchange with our sister city, Mombetsu, Japan. The trip is expected to be 8–10 days in length and will occur sometime between July 15 and July 29, 2026. Final dates will be confirmed as our partners in Mombetsu finalize their itinerary.
